Summary,
Derek wants cheif of surgery. He was promised that by moving to Seattle he would get the job. Richard (current cheif of surgery) said that he would loose Meridith like he lost his wife. Derek thinks that that is not the case.

Izzy is doing pennence and that it takes away the sin of what they did. They got drunk and slept together. He say's he needs time like with Meridith. SHe is hurt that he would compare what they did to Meridith. She helps a little girl names Hannah out who has lukemia. She want's to see her before, but Hannah is to tired is what her parents tell Izzy. George comes in and Izzy tells him to leave. George stay's and holds her hand. Izzy then looks at Hannah and is over whelmed to see her daughter for the first time.

Mark helps Richard with his flirting skills. When Richard starts flirting with a student, he leaves.

Christina tries making Burke's ego soar by asking him questions that she knows the answer to. She shows Burke her fingernail polish and hold hands with him as well.

Jane Doe's information and picture is released to the public. The Malones come to see her because everything except the new face matches their daughter who has been missing for months.
